Arrived for the quote to the minute.

Called derek to come and look at my back door after it literally fell off in my hands... fantastic managed to replace all 3 hinges was a much trickier job but he persisted and got it done, amazing saved me 100's of pounds. Very professional and polite. He also sorted my front door for me which was a bonus.

Called Derek at short notice to repair a broken lock on a living room window, he managed to fit me in within the hour and the window lock now works better than new. An absolute diamond, good honest workmanship and a great quote for the work (which was the price charged). Honestly I can't recommend him highly enough, thanks again! 👍

Absolutely brilliant ! Came within an hour of calling, he knew straight away what was wrong with my lock and repaired it ! I was worried I would need a complete new UPVC door but Derek has saved me a fortune. I’m so happy I called him, I would recommend him all day long.
